5 to 10km Centurion

Join Coach Heidi-Lee for the 5km to 10 km program in Centurion!

NB: You have to have run a few 5km runs before joining for this program. This is not structured for complete beginners, but rather women who have been running for 8 weeks or more

Details:

  • 7 week-long program commencing on 25 April
  • 3 x weekly runs:
    • Monday 5:00 am
    • Wednesday 5:00 am
    • Friday 5:00 am
  • 2 x weekly strength sessions to be completed yourself at home through the website portal
  • Stretching and foam rolling guidance
  • Finale run event to be confirmed. You will be required to pay for a temporary running licence and a race entry based on the race selected by Coach Heidi-Lee. This will be communicated to you.

Product Description

The 5-10 km program is structured for those who wish to run their first 10km distance. If this is something you’re wanting to get back into, then this program is also for you.

We will provide you with the tools you need to keep you consistent with your goals, with the objective of everyone being able to run 10km at the end.

The runs are hosted in groups, while the strength sessions are completed in your own time by using the website portal that you will be granted access to once you have checked out on the website.

Coach Heidi-Lee successfully led the Couch to 5k group over the finish line a few weeks ago, and now her group are ready to take things to the next level, so let’s double down – 5 to 10, let’s go!
