Will we run 5km’s every run?
Absolutely not. This program is completely geared towards beginners. On day 1 you’ll begin by walking for 1 minute and running for 1 minute, 10 times. This means you’ll spend a total of 20 minutes on the road.
Where do we meet?
Each area has a different meeting point. For security reasons, we prefer to not disclose this on the website, but if you’re serious about signing up, then please contact us to confirm your meeting point: firstname.lastname@example.org. The suburbs covered for 16 August include: Bryanston, Centurion, Douglasdale, Illovo, Lonehill, Sunninghill, and Parkmore.
What does the program include?
You will be given access to a Facebook community which is where all of the information for the program will be share

3 x weekly runs with your dedicated coach
2 x strength training provided online for you to complete at home
A finale run on 2 or 3 October (to be confirmed) at Decathlon Sports Hub, Bryanston
