RUN WITH A COACH

Bryanston Couch to 5K

In 2020 Michelle set up her first couch to 5km program within Bryanston. This program was developed to be like no other. It was never going to be a program which she would hand over to a participant for them to do alone. 

She strives to give each individual participant the attention they require, in order to yield the best results.



RUN WHERE EVER YOU ARE

DIY Couch to 5K

Given the nature of the crime in South Africa, Michelle would never ever want to encourage you to venture out onto the roads alone, however if you have access to a treadmill or a large group of people wanting to begin their running journey, then this one’s for you. 

You will have access to the program for a total of 10 weeks. It will include guidance for the runs and provide you with access to all of the necessary strength exercises.

In addition to this you will still be added to the Facebook community.



COMING SOON

Fastest 5km

In April 2020, Michelle commissioned a group of 15 men and women to complete a fastest 5km program over the period of 6 weeks. 

This program requires a little adjustment and will be available soon for you to complete yourself or even better, with friends.
