Great passion
for getting people moving

We all run for something. Fitness, endorphins, weight loss, to meet new people, or for wine. My “alter ego“ is a bit of a baker and so this is how Running for Cake was born.

Everyone wants to be a little fitter and a little stronger, but getting there on your own can be difficult, and that is where I come in.

I’ve been running for 11 years and for the past 3 years I’ve been motivating others to do the same.

I am currently in the process of completing my Sports Conditioning Coach certification and thanks to the relationships I share with biokineticists and dietitians, I aim to provide you with a well rounded program to get you to where you’d like to be.

You have what it takes, so let’s get moving.

​The Couch to 5K with Michelle was the only program that has actually worked for me. From the short strength training and constant to well thought out training program, as well as the having supportive and knowledgeable leader and camaraderie of the team, it was everything I needed to overcome my fear for cardio and ‘just not being a runner’.  We took it one day at a time and I was amazed at my own body’s progress evident from week to week.
