Join Coach Kath for the 5km to 10 km program in Lonehill!
NB: You have to have run a few 5km runs before joining for this program. This is not structured for complete beginners, but rather women who have been running for 8 weeks or more
- 7 week-long program commencing on 2 May
- 3 x weekly runs:
- Monday 5:30 pm
- Wednesday 6:00 am
- Saturday 6:00 am
- 2 x weekly strength sessions to be completed yourself at home through the website portal
- Stretching and foam rolling guidance
- Finale run event to be confirmed. You will be required to pay for a temporary running licence and a race entry based on the race selected by Coach Kath. This will be communicated to you.
