  • Oats (113 calories), 30 g
  • Banana (45 calories), 50 g
  • Strawberries (33 calories), 100 g

Add egg whites, oats and banana to a blender and blitz together.

Heat a non-stick pan with spay and cook and fry up those crepes.

Top with your favourite low-cal syrups and use the remaining banana or add some strawberries.
