The Fastest 5km program is for people who have been running for a while. It is absolutely not a beginners program.
We will provide you with the tools you need to smash your personal best 5km, and thanks to the group structure, we promise you’ll find it hard to quit!
The runs are hosted in groups, while the strength sessions are completed in your own time by using the website portal that you will be granted access to once you have checked out on the website.
Coach Cath has successfully led three groups over the finish line. The first group was a Couch to 5km group in January 2021, and the second group was that same group that wished to take it to the next level with the 5-10km training program in April 2021! She then proceeded with leading another Couch to 5km group in August 2021.
