Join Coach Meg for the Couch to 5km program in Parkmore, Sandton!

Details:

  • 7 week-long program commencing on 16 August and finishing on 2 October 2021
  • 3 x weekly runs:
    • Monday 6:15 am
    • Wednesday 6:15 am
    • Saturday 7:30 am
  • 2 x weekly strength sessions to be completed yourself at home through the website portal
  • Stretching and foam rolling guidance
  • Finale run event from Decathlon Sports Hub, Bryanston – all groups come together for this!

Product Description

The Couch to 5km program is structured for beginners who wish to join a group of like-minded women in order to kick start their running journey!

We will provide you with the tools you need to get started with your goals, and due to the group structure, we promise you’ll find it hard to quit!

The runs are hosted in groups, while the strength sessions are completed in your own time by using the website portal that you will be granted access to once you have checked out on the website.

Coach Meg has personally been a participant of the Couch to 5km group in January 2021, along with then leveling up by participating in the 5-10km training program in April 2021! She knows exactly what it’s like to be a beginner, but she also knows how possible it is for anyone to join in.
