Join Coach Ash for the 5-10km program in Lonehill!

Details:

  • 7 week-long program commencing on 17 January and ending on 26/27 February 2022.
  • 3 x weekly runs:
    • Monday 5:00 pm
    • Wednesday 5:00 pm
    • Saturday 7:00 am
  • 2 x weekly strength sessions to be completed yourself at home through the website portal
  • Stretching and foam rolling guidance

Product Description

The 5-10 km program is structured for those who wish to run their first 10km distance. If this is something you’re wanting to get back into, then this program is also for you.

We will provide you with the tools you need to keep you consistent with your goals, with the objective of everyone being able to run 10km at the end.

The runs are hosted in groups, while the strength sessions are completed in your own time by using the website portal that you will be granted access to once you have checked out on the website.

Coach Ash successfully led the Couch to 5k group over the finish line in January and October 2021. She continued to lead her group to feel more comfortable with their 5km distances, but these ladies now want more!
