- 7 week-long program commencing on 17 January and ending on 26/27 February 2022.
- 3 x weekly runs:
- Monday 5:00 pm
- Wednesday 5:00 pm
- Saturday 7:00 am
- 2 x weekly strength sessions to be completed yourself at home through the website portal
- Stretching and foam rolling guidance
