The Couch to 5km program is structured for beginners who wish to join a group of like-minded women in order to kick start their running journey!
We will provide you with the tools you need to get started with your goals, and due to the group structure, we promise you’ll find it hard to quit!
The runs are hosted in groups, while the strength sessions are completed in your own time by using the website portal that you will be granted access to once you have checked out on the website.
This is Coach Kath’s first group with Running for [Cake] but she is super qualified to get you on the road! She has studied Sports Science and then completed her BHSc Biokinetics Honours degree at WITS. Coach Kath is super passionate about sport and she’s an avid runner herself.
