Join Coach Sarah for the 21km running program in Dunkeld!

Details:

  • 12 week-long program commencing on 31 January to 23/24 April.
  • 3 x weekly runs:
    • Tuesday 6:00 am
    • Thursday 6:00 am
    • Saturday 7:00 am
  • 2 x weekly strength sessions to be completed yourself at home through the website portal
  • Stretching and foam rolling guidance
  • Finale run event to be confirmed.

Product Description

The 21km training program is for those who have been running consistently for a few months, along with having completed a couple of 10kms.

We will provide you with the tools you need to get started with your goals, and due to the group structure, we promise you’ll find it hard to quit!

The runs are hosted in groups, while the strength sessions are completed in your own time by using the website portal that you will be granted access to once you have checked out on the website.

Coach Sarah has successfully led two groups over the finish line.
