Foam rolling is great for both before and after a run!

Foam rolling is great to use as a warm-up, as well as for recovery! Follow along with me as I take us through some foam rolling exercises for our glutes, quads, calves, back, and TFL.

If there are any further areas worrying you, then please do reach out for me to share some techniques for those spots too.
